Your responsibilities

• Ongoing contact and negotiations with business partners
• Analyzing and managing stock levels
• Active sourcing of products and suppliers for cooperation
• Taking care of a good image of the company
• Build effective relationships, ensuring a high service level
• Understand the business needs in cooperation with sales team members
• Execute Purchase process in cooperation with logistic team members
• Manage vendors to ensure deliveries and quality compliance

Our expectations

• Fluency in English (spoken & written) (work in english), additional European language is nice to have
• Communicative Polish level
• Negotiation and communication skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Analytical skills
• Minimum one year of experience as a buyer/seler (preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG market)
